Anuga 2019: the “Cè Taràdd” go to Germany!

Also this year the presence of our “Cè Taràdd”, signed “I Tesori di Canusium”, is confirmed at the Anuga Fair, which which is thw most important in the food & beverages sector.

But why is this fair so important? His numbers speak for themselves: more than 7400 exhibitors from more than 100 countries around the world, gathered in a total area of 284,000 square meters.

Right here, in the picturesque German setting of Cologne, every two years the most important categories of consumers, retailers, distributors and catering companies, meet and show their latest innovations and strengths.

Large international companies meet in this crossroad of taste, exchanging ideas and putting their knowledge to the test, looking for new solutions in a constantly evolving food market .

Despite its 100 years of life, Anuga always shows up with the times: in just five days, from 5th to 9th October, there is a rich program of congresses and events that can provide comprehensive information on food and how the food industry is changing in recent times.

The presence of the Apulia Food to the Anuga is a further confirmation of the importance of the company in the food sector: thanks to this fair, our beloved Apulian taralli have the possibility to be known not only nationally, but also worldwide, and to show the value of the Italian and Apulian tradition.
